Food insecurity is especially high this year, and many families in our community are struggling to keep their households fed, including their pets. No one should ever have to choose between feeding themselves or feeding their pets. To help our neighbors during the holiday season, Home Run Pet Care is hosting Operation Santa Paws, a holiday pet food and supply drive benefiting
MACC’s Pet Food Pantry and
The Branch of Nashville. Throughout the drive, donations will be delivered regularly to help ensure pets stay fed, families stay together and pantry shelves stay full.
In addition to collecting donations from our pet sitting and dog walking clients during visits, we’ve partnered with several amazing locally owned businesses and apartment communities to make donating easy and accessible throughout the area. As you’re out and about this season, we encourage you to shop small and support the local businesses that support our community year-round.
