Our small business has been devastated with over 300 corona virus related cancellations and very few new reservations are coming in due to travel restrictions and stay at home orders. We waived all cancellation fees because we understand that what matters most is the health and safety of our clients and our community. We applied for all of the grants and aid that has been offered through the Small Business Association and other sources in March, but as of yet no assistance has come through. In ten years of business, we have never had such a rough year. We are determined to be there when you need us to care for your pets, but I’m not going to lie, we are struggling right now. A little help from our friends sure would be greatly appreciated! We have tried to refrain from asking for help because we know many of you are hurting as well.
